My work focuses on helping people move better, build strength, and improve long-term body health through intelligent movement. 

As a Pilates instructor and certified personal trainer, I design classes and experiences that prioritize proper form, core stability, mobility, and postural alignment. 

My goal is to help people develop stronger, more resilient bodies so they can move with confidence and reduce pain or physical limitations over time. 

I offer classes, workshops, and wellness events that combine effective training with a supportive, welcoming environment.
