My journey into wellness began after my third low back flare up in just six months.
From the outside, everything looked stable. Inside my body, it was clear something needed to change.
That moment shifted my entire perspective. I began questioning what my future would look like if I continued to push my body aside. I saw two options: stay where I was and slowly watch my body feel worse each year, or completely change direction and make my physical health the priority.
I chose the second path.
My Path Into Pilates & Wellness
That decision led me deep into movement, strength, and body awareness. What started as a personal need to heal and feel better quickly grew into a desire to understand the body on a deeper level and help others do the same. My approach is grounded in education, intention, and respect for where each body is today, especially for those navigating pain, stress, aging, or long hours sitting at a desk.
